3 Ways to Live Out Your Identity in Christ
Seek God
Each morning, before the demands of the day flood your mind and invade your calendar, seek the Lord. Find a quiet, still, nook of the house to meet with God and start your day in His presence.
Start by asking Him to direct your quiet time and to speak to you in a fresh and powerful way. Then, open His Word and spend time in the Scripture. Reading the Bible doesn’t have to be overwhelming or confusing. Use a free Bible reading plan or guide to help you stay on track and process what you read in the Scriptures.
If you’re new to Bible study, start in the Gospels for a beautiful portrait of Jesus’ life and ministry. Begin your study by reading a few verses or one chapter at a time. You may wish to journal through what you learned in that passage and how you can apply it to your life. Then, spend time in prayer thanking God for His gift of grace and sharing your heart openly and honestly.
Remember, living your identity in Christ isn’t about perfection or a strict routine. It’s about starting the day by renewing your mind in Christ and refreshing your spirit for the day ahead.
“Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near.” Isaiah 55:6 (NIV)
Honor God with your lifestyle

Trust that God will supply you with the strength and self-control you need to stand firm in your commitment to honor Him with your life. As a result, God will bless your faithfulness, and you’ll appreciate the fact that His boundaries are given for your protection.
